SW Technology's gas analyzers are known for their accuracy, high sensitivity, and reliability. They are certified to meet the stringent EN 15267 QAL1 standards required for demanding applications.

The SW Technology QAL1 (Quality Assurance Level 1 - Measuring Procedure Check) product line at a glance:

  • NH3 analyzer (qLDX): Measures ammonia in the range of 0–15 ppm, TDLS technology
  • O2 analyzer (qOXY): Zirconia probe technology to measure oxygen levels accurately

All instruments are built on a widely recognized standard embedded operating system, facilitating the customization of products and third-party branding. They support a wide range of communication protocols to meet diverse application needs.

SWT Gas analyzers

qLDX - NH3, H2O

Description

Sw Technology gas analyzer qLDX is a system for the continuous monitoring of gases NH3 and H2O. Based on state-of-the-art Tunable Diode Laser Spectrometry (TDLS), the system has virtually no cross-sensitivity with other gases and features an innovative, patented measurement principle without the need for a physical reference-channel. The gas measurements are based on an extractive system.

qOXY - O2

Description

SW Technology gas analyzer qOXY is a system for the continuous monitoring of gas O2. Based highly robust, accurate and reliable Zirconium probe sensor without the need for a physical reference-channel.

qCOMB - CO - O2

Description

A complete system for monitoring CO and O2 in combustion process with 5 years data recording on usb stick. The system is equipped with filter, suction pump and peltier cooler. You are only required to install a suitable probe and connect the sampling line to the qCOMB input. Electrical connections are carried out by means of fast connect removable sockets. A unit replacement can be done in few minutes avoiding any connection errors.
